Open Enrollment (New Signups) Open Enrollment for the Fall I 2010 session begins Wednesday September 1. See Schedule page for class days/times, and Class page for level criteria. If you are placed on the roster, your child/children are considered enrolled in Cannonball Swim. You must follow up with registration form(s) and payment. Information sheet and registration form, PDF: Registration Form. If you need a form mailed, please call or Email the office and leave your address. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Payment Payment must be received by September 20 by check. We cannot accept credit cards at this time. If we have not received payment, we will assume that you are withdrawing from the class. Withdrawals Credits will be prorated minus a $25.00 cancellation fee for any withdrawals. No credit/refund for withdrawal after the second class. Class Cancellation Policy Classes will only be canceled in the event of a pool failure (we will call you as soon as possible) or inclement weather (call 502-9440 for cancellation announcements) at the discretion of the director. An additional class will be added to the end of the session to make up for a class cancellation. Make Ups In order to maintain the integrity of our classes, we do not offer any make ups. We have found that adding children disrupts the rhythm of our classes. Thank you for allowing us to offer the highest quality possible in our swim program. |
