Owner of Cannonball Swim Corporation and local program coordinator of Cannonball
Rockingham. I started teaching swimming at the age of 14, and for eight years I taught many
children how to swim. From there, my devotion to the sport of swimming and its mechanics was
significant. Under Vadim Rumeyker’s influence, I learned swimming fundamentals, stroke
technique, and swimming styles. With this knowledge and the words of Doctor Counsilman in
his book, The Complete Book of Swimming, I was ready for the next step. In 1999 I started
working with an adaptive swim program and in 2000, Cannonball Swim Lessons took shape,
both providing many communities with Learn to Swim programs. In 2005, I started Cannonball
Rockingham, a swim team for the special needs, and in 2006 was selected to represent NH as the
Special Olympics Nationals coach. During this same time period, I gained 10 years of coaching
experience, leading me to my present position. I am head coach for Cannonball Swim Club
which began in the summer of 2010. Watching the progression of growth in a young swimmer
makes my hours of dedication worthwhile. Through Cannonball Swim, I have been fortunate to
be involved with developing over 20 top ten New England swimmers, teaching thousands of kids
to swim, and coaching several hundreds. I aim to help all athletes reach their potential by
motivating, building confidence, and instilling positive work ethics, both in and out of the water.

SARAH KEITH

Hello, my name is Sarah and I am a lesson instructor for Cannonball Swim. I have been with
Cannonball Swim Lessons since the onset and have been teaching lessons for 5 years. I love
teaching little kids! I am a junior at Exeter High School and have enjoyed spending my school
year and summers with kids counseling at Camp Acorn School, teaching swimming lessons, and
hanging out with my own swim club. Being involved at the pool is the favorite part of my life,
and I have been swimming competitively since I was six years old. I joined Cannonball Swim
Club at its start two summers ago and am now Captain of the team. I can’t wait to go to practice
everyday to work hard, be with my teammates, and be a part of the team’s growth!

for 3 years. I work at Acorn School in Stratham where I love being part of the growth and
