This is an independent swimmer's first class. The goal is to become
comfortable in the water. |

To enroll in this class, swimmer must be able to swim with face in water for 5 feet and do the
back float independently. |

- freestyle and backstroke
- swim 10 yards independently

Swimmer can swim 10 yards independently on front and back but needs to work
on stroke refinement. |
